1.Netlist

2.Lef

3.Mapping file ( to map layer name from innovus and GDS)

3.Nxtgrd files for all corners (rcworst,cworst,cbest.....)

4.DEF file

5.GDS

6. Config ( defined with block name, files path, power nets)

Note .lib is not required.

LEF is to see obs. DEF is for locations and wire structure. nxtgrd is for refering rc values. map file is for mapping metal layers.
