What is the difference between them.
Both Aggressor and victim switchs in same or different direction it causes timing violations

Aggressor switchs and victim under study state high or low it leads functional failure
When gllich changes your data value on victim net. It will be noise. But when it only affects your victims net with transition. But does not change value on victim net it crosstalk.
